The No BS Contract

You pay one monthly fee. There is no minimum term, no annual contract and no fee for leaving. Every month you stay is a month we have to earn.

Tell us at least one business day before your renewal date and you won't be charged again. Call or text (727) 301-5630, or email support@typesite.io.

A person on our team reads it and sends you a written confirmation, usually the same day. You won't get a retention call and you don't have to give a reason. Your renewal date is on every receipt.

The Facebook and Instagram ad account is yours. When you cancel, pick one:

• Keep them running. You, or whoever you hire next, can manage them from your own ad account.
• Take them down. We pause every campaign we built, so your spending on Meta stops.

If you don't tell us, we pause them on your cancellation date. We would rather your budget sit still than spend money you didn't ask for.

Either way, the ad images, videos and copy we made for you are yours to keep.

The landing pages we host for your ads come down when the service ends. If you want to keep them, ask and we'll transfer them to you.

Our management fee comes to us. Your ad budget goes straight from your card to Meta. We never see it and we never mark it up.

Our work starts the day you sign up, so we don't refund a month once it's paid. Cancel before your renewal date and nothing new gets charged.

We don't guarantee a number of leads, because nobody honestly can. We will tell you what we see in your account, good or bad.

If we turn out not to be the right fit, that's okay. Leave on good terms, and if you want back in later, call us.
