Data Deletion

Email support@typesite.io from the email address on your account with the subject line "Data deletion request". If you never had an account and reached us through an ad, a lead form, a text or a call, include the email address and phone number you used so we can find your records. You can also text (727) 301-5630 from the number on file.

We confirm the request within a few days and finish the deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so nobody can delete your business's site by pretending to be you.

• Your account and profile: name, email, phone number, login.
• Business details, photos, logos and website content you gave us, and the website itself.
• Your message history with us across text, iMessage, WhatsApp, email and chat.
• Call recordings, transcripts and AI summaries, including call tracking data.
• Lead and ad data we hold from your Facebook or Instagram lead forms, your ad account connection, and your landing pages. Your Meta ad account, pixel and pages stay with Meta and are unaffected.
• Information we received about you from an ad click, a form on our pages, or a booking link.
• Outreach records, if we contacted your business and you never became a customer. We keep only a suppression entry (your email or number) so we do not contact you again.

Some records are kept where the law or an open matter requires it: billing and tax records for seven years, and messages, recordings and approvals needed to resolve an active dispute, chargeback or legal claim until it is closed. Those are deleted once the requirement passes. Retention periods are listed in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your data ends your subscriptions and takes your website, campaigns and tracking numbers offline, since we cannot run a service without an account behind it. Any balance owed is still owed. If you would rather keep your service and remove specific information, say so in the email and we will do exactly that.

If you own a domain we registered for you, tell us where to transfer it before the deletion completes. Domains left behind are released after 30 days.

Information Meta sends us when you submit a lead form or log in with Facebook is covered by this page. Requesting deletion here removes it from our systems. To remove the connection on Meta's side, open your Facebook settings, go to Apps and Websites, and remove Type Site.

You can send your request to your agency or straight to us. Either way we handle it the same, and we let your agency know so their records match.
